Podcast: Jonathan Tasini
Tasini and I talk about what should qualify a candidate for press attention and a formal debate, about the limits of Internet organizing, and about what he's learned about Hillary Clinton.
Also, he had two answers to the question of why he isn't Ned Lamont.
One's the money: "If Ned Lamont was not a multi-millionaire, I do not think this race would be that close."
The other: Hillary could be worse.
"Joe Lieberman is ... a cut below Senator Clinton, in that, at the very least, he's far more sanctimonious," he said.
As always, you can listen to the podcast on your computer here, or subscribe to this podcast feed, or find it on iTunes.
Also, I enjoyed recording this interview, and have the sense that an increasing number of readers are tuning in to the podcast. But I don't have a tool to measure listenership, and would be grateful for feedback.
